Do I need an account or payment card?
No. Public learning and practices are free to explore. An account is optional for saving supported private records across devices. No payments are collected.
Where are my prayers saved?
The prayer builder and Sacred Prayer Library save in the browser where you use them, even when signed in. Use the same browser to find them again. Clearing browser data removes these saves.
What can my account save?
Your journal, Inner Light plans, supported favorites and rituals, profile preferences and Eternal Light memorials. Existing device drafts are not copied automatically; use the copy option where offered.
How do reminders work?
Moon rituals and Sacred Cauldron can download a calendar file for you to import into your own calendar. Lightkeepers does not send automatic email or push reminders. A saved prayer or memorial date alone does not set an alert.
How do I recover access?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. Check your inbox and spam folder. If email confirmation is requested, follow the email link before signing in.
How do I export or delete data?
My Profile exports account records (not photo files) and offers account deletion. Privacy deletes device saves separately without signing you out. Sign out on shared devices.
Do I have to choose a faith?
No. Explore or skip freely. Traditions are distinct, and prayer-builder wording is editable original reflection, not an invented traditional sacred text. Secular intentions are welcome.
Lightkeepers is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.
